Enrolments

Applications for Enrolment can be made at the front office. You will be required to provide:

• Your child’s birth certificate
• Your child’s immunisation history statement from the Australian Immunisation Register. (information on how to get this statement HERE).
• Proof of home address (such as a utility bill or driver’s licence).
